- Good knowledge of this control process, allowing the choice of techniques and products as well as the control, evaluation and interpretation of the results
- Preparation for COFREND level 2 certification
Prerequisites
- Control Officers Level 1 or equivalent
- Engineers and technicians in Control Sector
Teaching
Several Tools will be used in particular.
- Slideshow and masterful approach to the transmission of knowledge
- A Pedagogy by objectives is implemented.
- Theoretical courses alternately with case studies, demonstrations and practical work on industrial control equipment, with parts representing real applications.
- The training is led by specialized engineers and technicians of university rank, who are certified and experienced in theoretical and practical training.
Program
- Program complies with the requirements of the NF EN ISO 9712 standard and the recommendations of COFREND.
- The program can evolve and undergo changes according to the needs of the candidates and this after first evaluation of prospection of the group's knowledge.
Courses
- Reminders of electricity (DC and AC currents), magnetism (magnetic quantities, induction flux) and electromagnetism (magnetic field created by a current, magnetic induction)
- Principles of eddy current control, CF distribution, fault characterization, standardized impedance diagram
- Sensors and equipment, auxiliary devices
- Controlled products and main applications of multi-frequency eddy currents, multi-frequency applications
- Determination of the conditions of examination and implementation of the control
PRACTICAL WORK
- Control of different products or assemblies according to written instructions, evaluation of indications, interpretation of results and writing of the report (any items brought by trainees)
Level 2 equivalent learning assessment in accordance with ISO 9712
An attestation of training in visual Control level 02 will be issued for each candidate
